1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment as per the details shared at the time of booking.
- We accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) via international credit & debit cards
- Prices shared in the quote are subject to change. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price remains fixed unless changes are made to the itinerary.
2. Cancellations & Refund
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of the trip may qualify for a full or partial refund, depending on hotel and vendor policies.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip start date may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund policies vary based on our agreements with third-party service providers, and we will communicate the applicable terms at the time of cancellation.
3. Changes to itinerary
- Changes to the itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
- While we strive for flexibility, last-minute changes cannot always be accommodated.
4. Liability & Travel Risks
- Go Sure Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (such as hotels, ). While we ensure quality services, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, natural disasters, or service disruptions.
- Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid visas, travel insurance, and following local laws and regulations.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- As a travel service provider, we do not ship physical products. Upon booking confirmation, travelers receive an email with itinerary details. All services, including transport and guided tours, are delivered as per the agreed itinerary. In case of unforeseen disruptions, we will offer alternatives or refunds as applicable.
6. Code of Conduct
- Travelers must respect local culture, laws, and fellow travelers.
- Any misconduct or illegal activity during the trip may result in termination of services without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, images, logos, and text on this website belong to Go Sure Travels and may not be used without permission.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka
